This policy explains what personal data Fluency Index collects on this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Privacy is the core of our product, and we hold this site to the same standard.
Who we are
Fluency Index is operated by ZKID Labs AG, a company registered in Switzerland. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at contact@fluencyindex.com.
What we collect
This website has no accounts and no signup forms, and it does not ask you for any personal information.
Basic technical logs: like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records short-lived request logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability.
Analytics and advertising measurement: only if you accept the cookie banner. See “Analytics, advertising, and cookies” below. If you decline, no tracking runs at all.
The browser extension itself is governed by its own privacy notice, shown on its Chrome Web Store listing and inside the extension. In short: your chats are analysed on your device and raw conversations never leave it.
Why we collect it and our legal basis
We process technical logs based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available. Analytics run only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Technical logs are retained only briefly by our hosting provider. Analytics data is retained as configured in Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel data is retained according to Meta's data policies.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site and the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our ads, but only after you accept the cookie banner. Until you accept, neither loads and no tracking cookies are set. If you decline, that choice is remembered and nothing is loaded.
If you accept, the Meta Pixel sets cookies and shares usage signals with Meta on our behalf, as described in Meta's own privacy documentation.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data (such as pages viewed and approximate location) on our behalf, as described in Google's own privacy documentation.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which resets the banner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
